Malachite: malachite helps break unwanted habits, outworn patterns, and negative emotional ties by bringing buried feelings to the surface to be healed.
It strongly resonates with the heart chakra by promoting unconditional love and emotional balance and the solar plexus chakra, activating inner strength and confidence.
Malachite also acts like a sponge, drawing in negative energies in electromagnetic pollution from the environment. This makes malachite a great stone to wear during times of overwhelm or overstimulation. It is my personal favorite to wear to grocery stores or when I am reading at large events. However, because it absorbs negativity so readily it requires frequent cleansing.
Malachite is also a stone of prosperity, leadership, and personal risk taking. It is also believed that malachite can also help with period cramps, or other uterine discomfort as well as labor pain.
